We believe that the key to a delicious baked goods comes from focusing on the process needed to develop dough and enjoying the bread as close to the time it comes out of the oven in our bakery.

 

This drive for producing delicious bread is why we only bake one type of bread per week and all orders must be made by noon three days before the day of delivery. This way, your bread is guaranteed to have come out of the oven just a few short hours before being delivered to your door.
